The Legend Lives On

MICHAEL JACKSON MEMORIAL SERVICE WAS HELD TODAY IN L.A.

What a beautiful service today for M.J. His family was there, his children, friends and fans. The most sentimental speaker was Rev. Al Sharpton when he said it Michael was not strange, what people did to him was strange. That braught me to tears because of how true it was. This world can be a great place but on the other side of the coin can be a very-very cruel and cold place too. There is only one judge and thats God. Also present were the Kings, Queen Latifah, Jennifer Hudson, Usher Raymond, Kobe Bryant, Majic Johnson, Smokey Robinson and many, many more. His service could not have been anymore perfect.

If I were asked to pick my favorite M.J. song out of all of his songs to date it would be Man In The Mirror, the message was so clear with this song. No matter how many years and generations to come we can always change something about ourselves to make this world a better place. The message in this song will be one that we could all relate too. This song came out in 1988 and I can remember listening to this song, singing and dancing in front of the t.v. I was only 8 years old at the time and I understood the message Michael Jackson was expressing to the world. This song made me always wanna look into myself and stop judging others for there flaws.

Happy 4th of July

No matter how you all plan on celebrating the 4th of July, be safe and have fun. I have a busy day planned tmo. First things the Gym for an early morning workout, then off to the salon to get the hair and nails done. Then I will find somewhere to watch the fireworks with some friends and family. Maybe Baysides, Bayfront Park will have the best fireworks show.

Grieving Jackson Fans 'Commit Suicide'

According to recent articles on yahoo news.com, mediatakeout.com and other sources today there has been 12 confirmed suicides since Michael Jackson death on last Thursday. His fans are very distraught and they are expecting more suicides after his funeral.

The man beind the world's biggest online Michael Jackson fan club has said heartbroken followers of the star have committed suicide because of his death. President and owner of MJJcommunity.com, said he understood the tragedies had mostly taken place outside of the UK but he believed one may have been British. He said, "It is a serious situation that these people are going through but Michael Jackson would never want this. He would want them to live."

Jesse Jackson, a friend of the singer, has recorded a YouTube film on the site urging fans not to "self destruct". He said: "This is a time when hearts are heavy. There is great pain but great cause to celebrate Michael's life."

I am shocked that fans would go this far. Michael Jackson was an artist and a very talented individual but when people like him pass on there spirit still continues to live on through their music. This news really disturbed me because to knowing people would harm themselves is a tragic. No human should ever be idiolized to the greatness of a God. People, pull it together. Michael lived 50 beautiful years, he probably has been around the world 50 times and seen 50 million people in his lifetime. Life is to short to want to end it. It is a known fact that M.J. never wanted to get old and thats why he named his first home Never-Neverland. He named it that because he never wanted to get old. Michael will never be forgotten and all of his dreams were fulfilled.

I am a believer in horoscopes and feel that everyone is a certain type determined by the sign they are born under. Miami welcomes the Black Film Festival

I need to start off by sending my condolensces to all of the Jackson family and fans. My prayers are with them this evening that the Legend and great Michael Jackson has passed due to cardiac arrest. He is a tremendous loss to the nation. May Michael Jacksons soul rest in peace but let his music live on. He is and will forever be a legend in the music industry. His music will continue to touch the hearts and souls of many more generations. I love him and what he braught to music and dance, without him it would never be the same. This is my final goodbye to Michael, the 50 years of life he spent here on earth were incredible to not only me and my family but to the world. He will truly be missed.

The American Black Film Festival {ABFF} is a four-day retreat and international film market. Founded in 1997, the festival is dedicated to strengthening the Black filmmaking community through resource sharing, education, artistic collaboration and career development. The ABFF was born out of the need to develop distribution opportunities for independent Black films and promote cultural diversity within the motion picture industry. This is a subject that has been coming up more and more often lately. Multi-level marketing is network marketing.

Its a marketing strategy that compensates promoters of direct selling companies not only for product sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of others they introduced to the company.
